In honor of outstanding performance, HAVICO is again presented “Lighthouse Award of 2019” by the People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province.
Lighthouse Award is granted every two years to honor enterprises in the province which have remarkable achievements in business and contributed greatly to the Social-Economic developments of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province.
Thanks to outstanding performance, HAVICO is honorably ranked in the top 10 of Seafood Reliable Exporters in 2017.
HAVICO has been awarded this title annually since 2004.
HAVICO was granted “Lighthouse Award of 2017” on 11/10/2017 by the People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province. This award honors enterprises with outstanding achievements in production, business and contributed greatly to the Social-Economic developments of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province in 2015-1017.
HAVICO is highly honored with the title of “Reliable Exporter” in 2016 presented by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
This title is for recognizing the exporters’ achievements as well as promoting and introducing Vietnamese reliable exporters to foreign partners and organizations.
HAVICO has been awarded this title annually since 2004.
On Dec 01 2015, VNR500 Ranking - Top 500 Largest Enterprises in Vietnam in 2015, which includes HAVICO, has been officially announced. This is the 9th consecutive VNR 500 Ranking announced to honor enterprises who made outstanding achievements in production and business activities in the fiscal year 2014.
VNR500 Ranking is the result of Vietnam Report, based on scientific principles, independence and compliance with international standards, and proven by enterprise data to ensure the objectivity and accuracy of the Ranking.

On July 10th 2015, in Ho Chi Minh city, the Ministry of Industry and Commerce held a ceremony awarding businesses and individuals for excellent export achievements in 2014. The certificate of merit was presented in recognition of outstanding achievements and also encouraging their contribution to the export promoting tasks of the industry.
VASEP (Vietnam Association of Seafood Exporters and Producers) and 05 companies in seafood sector, including HAVICO, were honorably awarded the Certificate of Merit for excellent export achievements in 2014.
This certificate of merit was presented in recognition of HAVICO outstanding achievements and contribution to the export promoting tasks of the industry.
Havico have been again honored with the title of “Reliable exporters” in 2013-2014 by the Ministry of Industry and Trade. (MOIT).
The selection and recognition of reliable exporters is held annually by the MOIT, which started in 2004, in order to recognize the exporters’ achievements in the country’s total export growth as well as promote and introduce Vietnamese exporters to foreign partners and organizations for the sake of better business.
At the ceremony, 100 businesswomen from all economic sectors were granted the Golden Rose Award. There were 6 women from the fishery sector. They are currently leaders of VASEP’s member companies.

This award for HAVICO recognizes and encourages the contribution of HAVICO to quality, continuous improvement and customer sastisfaction as well as improving relations with employees, suppliers and all associated parties.
This award is also for promoting the reliable exporting companies to continue their efforts and achievement in the future to confirm their position in the world business community.
The VNR500 has been constructed scientifically, independently and internationally standardized by Vietnam Report since 2007. The VNR500 aims at honoring Vietnamese's business achievements. Compiled according to the Fortune500, VNR500 enterprises have been ranked mainly basing on revenue in last fiscal year while other criteria including profits, growth rates, number of employees, and assets are also used to compare enterprises.
This is the 5th consecutive year HAVICO has been honorably ranked in the VNR500.
In 2012 there were 56 groups and individuals awarded. They are the companies, individuals with typical, excellent products, representing nearly 300 nominated products of different sectors.
This award is planned to be organized every 2 years by Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development. It is aimed at presenting companies, collectives and individuals for their high quality products, prestigious brand names, new agricultural and rural development models and scientific researches and applied technology in production and life in order to contribute to the industrialization and modernization of agriculture and rural development and economic integration.
This list has been issued annually by Ministry of Industry and Commerce since 2004 to recognize and commend Vietnamese businesses on their excellent export achievements, high prestige in business. HAVICO has been awarded this honor consecutively since 2004.

HAVICO – Re-assessment for Certification of BRC Global standard – Food (Issue 4) 2005
On the 01-02 of Mar 2011, HAVICO system of food safety has be assessed by Verification New Zealand Limited for re-certification of BRC: 5-2008. This is the third time since 2008 HAVICO has been evaluated and found to operate a product manufacturing system conforming to BRC Global Standard.
HAVICO system of food safety was first assessed and certified by VNZ (VERIFICATION NEW ZEALAND LIMITED) for being conforming to BRC – Grade A on May 2008 and again in June 2009.
Currently HAVICO is applying an integrated system of international standards: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, SA 8000, HACCP CODEX, BRC, ISO/ IEC 17025.
In addition, HAVICO expects to hold an audit for certification of its Food Safety Management System in accordance with ISO 22000 in April 2011 together with other standard ISO 14001: 2005 and SA 8000: 2008.

HAVICO - Training ISO 22000: 2005
On the 21-22 of Feb 2011 HAVICO has organized a training program for awareness of food safety and hygiene in accordance with ISO 22000:2005. The course is held among all QC, QA staff of the company.
The training program is focused on the following contents:
- Actual implementation and control the food safety system by meeting the requirements of ISO 22000;
- Integrating ISO 22000 standard with other standards that the company is applying (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, SA 8000, HACCP CODEX, BRC, ISO / IEC 17025).
- Improving internal-audit skills with respect to related requirements of ISO 22000.HAVICO expects to hold the certification audit for food safety management system in conformity to ISO 22000 in April 2011 together with ISO 14001: 2005 and SA 8000: 2008.
